Weight Watchers Results - Week 4

Matthew lost (another - sigh) 2 pounds - totaling 14 pounds to date
Sarah lost 1.5 pounds - totaling 9.5 pounds to date.

I was really hoping to hit the 15 pound mark yesterday, but I'll take my 14! We're going to really try and beef up the cardio this week. I think my eating habits have hindered my weigh-ins. I haven't been eating breakfast consistently and I've also not been eating my low-fat dairy. Who knows if this plays an impact? Anybody???

Yes. You need a breakfast to kick start your metabolism. Do a Carnation Instant Breakfast - no sugar added - and skim milk. It gives you a protein boost and will help. You KNOW I know from which I speak.
